Yellow Brick Road - An Integrated marketing communications agency seeks Account Director preferabley with experience in telecoms or cause related marketing.

Job Title: Account Director
Job Description

Will work very closely with the managing director in managing the client service department and ensuring that the agency fulfills its service level agreements with its clients.
Will also be partly responsible for business management and development; strategy; creative and operational excellence

Desired Skills and Experience

Excellent people skills a must.
Must also be a great communicator.
Ability to manage the creative team to delivery to tight deadlines
Must have at five years' agency experience.
The agency is based in Ikoyi so applicant should consider agency location before applying.
Ability to adapt to agency culture also necessary - relaxed, slightly informal but very professional.
