Job Title: Business Development Officer, Corporate Training & Courses
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Meeting revenue targets by introducing company’s product range to existing and new customers by offering trainings, seminars and courses to corporations and individuals.
  • Generates new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking and referrals.
  • Co-ordinate all marketing campaigns to prospects
  • Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
  • Conduct client/prospect’s training and presentations
  • Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve visitation & sales targets
  • Manage projects and programmes while coordinating the independent consultants and ensure they deliver client’s job within the terms of reference.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, professional or advisory services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various phases of sales management, including planning, goal setting, project/time management and selling techniques.
  • Excellent business development and client relationship skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Business Development Officer, Management Consulting (Mid-size)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance.
  • Generating new business from diverse consulting engagement and meeting production targets by introducing company’s product range to existing and new customers.
  • Generates new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking and referrals.
  • Co-ordinate all marketing campaigns to prospects.
  • Working with senior executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
  • Conduct client/prospect’s training and presentations.

Job Title: Business Development Officer, Consulting (SME): Tax & Accounting
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business from bookkeeping, financial reporting and tax services and meeting production targets by introducing company’s product range to existing and new customers.
  • Generates new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking and referrals.
  • Co-ordinate all marketing campaigns to prospects
  • Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
  • Conduct client / prospect’s training and presentations
  • Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve visitation & sales targets
  • Coordinating the independent consultants and ensuring that they deliver client’s job according to the terms of reference.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of External Audit and tax experience in a business development and business generation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of various phases of sales management, including planning, goal setting, project/time management and selling techniques.
  • Excellent business development and client relationship skills.

Salary

Job Title: Business Development Officer, Insurance Agency
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business from corporate and direct individuals and meeting production targets by introducing company’s product range to existing and new customers.
  • Generates new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking and referrals.
  • Coordinating and working with Insurance sales agents, and part-time product development teams to implement business development initiatives and target drives.
  • Co-ordinate all marketing campaigns to prospects
  • Conduct client / prospect’s training and presentations
  • Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve visitation & sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Insurance Agency experience in business development or direct sales role.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and the industry is vital along with excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various phases of sales management, including planning, goal setting, project/time management and selling techniques.
  • Excellent business development and client relationship skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

 

 

 

Job Title: Business Development Officer, Loans & Credits
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Drive loan origination, reviewing and updating credit and loan files and managing risk assets.
  • Responsible for clientele base generation and following up on new and existing customer base.
  • Drive the fund placement mobilization arm of the business
  • Generates new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking and referrals.
  • Coordinating and working with credit sales agents, and part-time product development teams to generate business and target drives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Financial Institution experience in a business development or direct sales role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various phases of sales management, including planning, goal setting, project / time management and selling techniques.
  • Excellent business development and client relationship skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
