Job Description

• A great opportunity for an ambitious but experienced corporate lawyer that will work in a position of a company secretary.
• The candidate must have a great understated knowledge of the electricity law and regulation and also oil and gas law both Nigeria and internationally. 
• An experience in the corporate, energy, infrastructure projects, oil and gas and renewable energy is essential.
• A successful candidate must have proven skills or roles as an adviser in a dedicated energy company, financial institution, investment organisation with a sound knowledge in negotiation and ability communicate effectively the views and visions of the company and also present it to a potential and existing client.
• The right candidate will join an ambitious team with great vision and creative energy and must have ability and capacity to work within a team and also unsupervised.
• The successful candidate must also have capacity and confidence to work, communicate and mix among to echelon of the energy sector and the public and corporate sector.

Qualification / Experience Required

• L.L.B in law and M.Sc in Energy Law or MBA in business administration from one of the top universities e.g university of Dundee or Aberdeen.
• 7 to 10 years experience in one of the top energy companies locally or internationally.

The position has an excellent package for the successful candidate that is at par with on-going market rate.
