Job Title: Admin / Human Resources Manager

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

  • This is a managerial role and the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, and meet up with the demands as soon as realistically possible
  • Responsible for overseeing all matters relating to people management within the organization including but not limited to, hiring and retaining staff, contracts and onboarding for new employees, performance management, employee relations ( both skill and unskilled staff).

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice, guidance and support to management and employees on employee related matters
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance management process. Support management in identifying development needs and facilitate development activities (on individual, team and organizational level)
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed and administered accurately and in time, and according to State and Federal legislation, labor laws and payroll practices
  • Coordinate HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, confirmation, discipline, transfer and leavers
  • Ensure accurate and up to date personnel administration that complies with local legislation. Administer and coordinate compensation benefits (health insurance, compensation, leaves of absences, and paid time off)
  • Coordinate staff recruitment
  • Promote industrial relations harmony through proactive engagement of workforce representatives
  • Promote good rapport with the community and relevant regulatory bodies
  • Facilitate daily administrative duties as assigned
  • Facilitate the definition of the corporate culture and underlying values for the business
  • Develop and implement programmes and change interventions to enable the implementation of defined corporate values and organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities or any other related field
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in a Human Resource and admin functions
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and people management skills.

 

 

Job Title: Store Keeper

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Must have minimum of 5 years working experience in Store
  • Operating facility for Stores Operation
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits
  • Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

 

 

Job Title: Factory Accountant

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Must have B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Must have minimum of 5 years working experience in Store Operating facility
  • Must have experience and ample skills in information Technology, with good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Operating knowledge in any ERP like Tally is an added advantage.

 

 

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop periodic review, revise and implement Standard operating procedures as required
  • Handle product complaints
  • Ensure quality metrics comply with best industry standards and practices
  • Establish, maintain, and have oversight of internal Quality Management Systems
  • Continually establish and improve quality systems, initiatives, priorities, and timelines
  • Perform internal and external audits as assigned
  • Assist investigations and resolve potential product quality issues to improve efficiency
  • Create new strategies to limit defects in pharmaceutical products
  • Communicate important quality control information to management and other departments of the organization
  • Responding to enquiries in a timely manner, giving advice on ‘specials’ quality requirements in order to maintain the company's reputation for customer service and technical acumen
  • Participating in regulatory inspections
  • Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Quality Management Process of a Plastic Manufacturing company
  • B.Sc in Applied Sciences, especially Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
  • Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels
  • Highly customer focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to achieve and maintain high standards with meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
