Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Take calls and respond to customers Inquiries and complaints
• Engaging customers via online platforms
• Drive sales via online platforms
• Provide products and service information to assist customers to make purchase

Requirements

• B.Sc. in relevant discipline
• Experience with working with various e-commerce platforms
• Experience in the retail fashion industry will be an advantage
• Must be resident on the Island
• Good IT skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Customer service skills

Remuneration
50,000 Naira monthly.
