Job Description

• Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions on current operations.
• Bringing in new businesses/Clients.
• Conducting research, writing up reports, and presenting findings to staff and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and finding creative ways to expand the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate digital strategies into broader business plans.
• Ensure high quality and consistent service delivery across the whole digital marketing team, with a rigorous approach to managing work schedules, reporting, and managing change
• Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital marketing tools, making recommendations for their adoption to enhance agency capabilities.
• Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital campaigns across various channels, such as social media, search, email, and display advertising.
• Plan, recommend, prepare and oversee digital marketing strategies for current and potential clients
• You are to ensure that overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Experience / Qualifications

• BSc / BA in Marketing or relevant fields with 4 - 8 years working experience in a digital company / agency or a tech industry as a Digital Marketing Executive / Manager.
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.).
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Both genders can apply.
• Must be professional.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media marketing, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM, PPC.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

Salary
N400,000 - N650,000 / Month.
