Job Summary

A reputable hotel in the heart of Lekki Phase 1 is looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
Monitor and manage daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Implement and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Guest Experience:

Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Foster a guest-centric environment and monitor guest feedback to continuously improve services.

Staff Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a competent and motivated team of hotel staff.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the hotel budget, closely monitoring expenses and revenues.
Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising guest satisfaction or service quality.
Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, promotions, and upselling opportunities.

Marketing and Sales:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance the hotel's visibility and attract new guests.
Participate in sales efforts, including developing corporate partnerships and managing group reservations.

Maintenance and Facilities:

Oversee regular maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
