Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive with a strong focus on performance management to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's performance management program, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance management policies and procedures to align with company goals and objectives
  • Manage and execute with team HR functions: recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation management, talent management, learning and development and Employee relations.
  • Oversee the career development, capacity development and progression of all employees
  • Support management to develop and implement effective succession planning strategies
  • Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and metrics for all roles within the organization
  • Manage, review and update performance management system and provide support to line managers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels between HR and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate information sharing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support executive management to manage all change initiatives impacting staff within the company
  • Manage employee communication and feedback through avenues as organization wide meetings, staff briefings, e.t.c.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including performance improvement plans and goal-setting
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees on their performance, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and productivity
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management
  • Strong knowledge of performance management best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
