Job Description

• Responsible for providing general and confidential administrative duties, support the Executive & Management Team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist and accompany the Executive /Management team on various important and sensitive administrative functions and corporate events.
• Collect , collate and compile required and relevant data from various internal and external sources and present them in an informative format to the Executive/ Management Team
• Compile and generate meaningful reports for the Executive/Management Team.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and other company related events and activities
• Participate in administrative and quality assurance audits and research on behalf of the Executive /Management Team.

Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years

Remuneration
N100,000 - N200,000
