Position: Chief Executive Officer – ES 190
Requirement
- The
Chief Executive Officer will provide overall leadership for the
management team and be responsible for ensuring the profitability of
existing investments, identifying new opportunities and generally
creating shareholders’ value on a sustainable basis.
- The
search is for a result-oriented professional with an enterpreneural
mind-set; ready to develop winning strategies and champion innovative
approaches for managing the business to meet performance targets set by
the Board of Directors.
- The successful candidate would be a self-assured
University graduate with a minimum of Ten (10) years cognate
experience, five of which must have been acquired at senior management
levels in the Finance and general or commercial businesses.
Position: Chief Financial Officer- ES 191
Requirement
- The
Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Managing Director
to ensure effective coordination of the accounting and finance of the
company to guarantee a high level of accountability and cost-effective
management of financial resources.
- He/She will provide sound
professional advice to Management and the Board on the sourcing,
application and accounting of all financial resources available to the
company.
- The successful candidate will hold a first degree and
masters in Management with a minimum of Ten (10) years working
experience.
- In addition, a professional accounting qualification such as
ACA,ACCA,CFA will be relevant.
Position: Business Development Manager- ES 192
Requirement
- The
Business Development Manager will report directly to the Chief
Executive Officer and be responsible for maintaining existing and
potential customers, and continuously project the company’s products and
services in a structured and professional manner.
- Besides identifying
and developing new business opportunities, he/she would be expected to
develop appropriate marketing strategies that leverage on the company’s
capabilities and network to secure profitable projects that would
contribute to meeting the firm’s revenue, profit and growth targets.
- The successful candidate will hold a first degree with a minimum of Five (5) years related working experience.
Position: Risk Manager – ES 193
Requirement
- The
Risk Manager will report to Business Development Manager and coordinate
the process of identifying and managing the various categories and
types of risks the company may be exposed to in the course of its
business.
- He/She will also develop and manage robust risk management
framework for the company.
- The successful candidate will hold a first degree and an MBA with a minimum of Five (5) years relevant working experience.
Position: Internal Auditor–ES 194
Requirement
- The
Internal Auditor will report directly to the Board of Directors and
would be required to carry out independent, objective assurance and
consulting activities that would add value to and improve the company's
operations.
- He/She will help the organisation accomplish its
objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to
evaluating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of its
controls, risk management and governance processes by providing insight
and recommendations based on analysis and assessments of data and
business processes.
- The successful candidate will hold a
first degree with a minimum of Five (5) years related working
experience.
- A professional accounting or audit qualification such as
ACA, CIMA or CISA would be an added advantage.
Position: Human Resource Officer- ES 195
Requirement
- The
Human Resource Officer will report directly to the Managing Director to
develop policies, design systems and adopt procedures to attract,
retain and motivate a corps of highly dedicated and talented staff that
will drive the achievement of the organisation's goals and objectives.
- The
successful candidate will hold a first degree in a business related
discipline with a minimum of Five (5) years working experience in Human
Resources.
- In addition, relevant professional qualifications, such as
ACIPM, ACIPD would offer an added advantage.
Position: Credit Analyst –ES 196
Requirement
- The Credit Analyst will report directly to the Business Development Manager, he/she will be responsible for analyzing
current credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to
determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending
money and also prepare reports with this credit information for use in
decision-making.
- The successful candidate will hold a first
degree in a Business realated discipline with a minimum of Five (5)
years working experience in credit administration
Position: Marketing Officer- ES 197
Requirement
- The
Marketing Officer will report directly to the Business Development
Manager. He/She will seek and maintain customers through day to day call
activities, while creating quality risk assets and effectively meeting
sales targets.
- The successful candidate will hold a first degree
in Marketing and allied disciplines with a minimum of Four (4) years
working experience in a similar working environment.
Position: Transaction Officer- ES 198
Requirement
- The
transaction officer will report directly to the Business Development
Manager to accurately and efficiently process and record routine
transactions for customers.
- More so, he/she will deposit checks, accept payments, process loan payments and money transfers.
- The
successful candidate will hold a first degree in a relevant discipline
with a minimum of Four (4) years working experience in a similar
environment.
