Job Overview

  • Manage the Digital Factory comprising teams of software engineers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new software systems.
  • Update existing software and conduct feasibility studies on new software systems.
  • Guide application coding, create reports, and mentor the junior developers.
  • In-depth knowledge of programming languages and working knowledge of project management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Experience with software architecture principles, requirements and interfaces, and software systems engineering experience.
  • Has executed several software projects.

Desirable:

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Up to 10 years of professional programming experience.
  • Relevant professional certifications.
  • Managerial experience preferred.

Skills / Competencies:

Job Title: Process Automation Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • Full Stack web development.
  • Gather user requirements, write code using an agile methodology, and continuously update the back-end code of the product.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, the development team and Scrum Master to develop, design, build and launch the product.
  • Development of BPM Workflow Processes and Digital Process Automation on the ProcessMaker Platform.
  • Development of Processes on Robotic Process Automation Platform with the use of UiPath.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works closely with end-users to identify issues and captures business requirements.
  • Integrates user-facing elements developed by front-end developer with service side logic.
  • Translates business requirements into system design specifications.
  • Performs appropriate development and testing activities.
  • Optimizes the application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Deploys regular releases in an agile approach.

Job Title: IT Security Officer

Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and IT security engineer to join a dynamic project team for a 6 months project.

The resource shall be responsible for the following:

  • Participate in the delivery cybersecurity through vulnerability and threat identification, incident detection and response, forensic investigations, Patch and Vulnerability Management. Engage with infrastructure and applications teams in mitigation and remediation efforts.
  • Engage with other IT units to establish and enforce security best practices, protection objectives and process improvements.
  • Review and make recommendations regarding on-premise, datacentre and cloud infrastructure, networking and security settings and posture.
  • Create and maintain key metrics that are indicative of security posture of the infrastructure.
  • Keep abreast of threat intelligence feeds to stay abreast of industry reports and emerging threat that may affect

Functions:

  • Lead cybersecurity initiatives in conjunction with Group Cybersecurity team.
  • Design and implement security controls to safeguard and monitor events for information systems, enterprise applications and data.
  • Lead the implementation of Information Security projects
  • Drive internal and external vulnerability assessment, penetration tests engagements and manage results to remediation.
  • Respond to escalated security events and drive security incident response processes to ensure timely resolution with minimal disruption.
  • Design, document, and deploy secure infrastructure solutions to enhance and evolve the security posture of the business to ensure integrity, availability and confidentiality of all critical enterprise data.
  • Provide expertise on security tools, including but not limited to firewalls, Web Application firewalls, IDS/IDP, anti-malware software
  • Liaise with stakeholders in respect of operational implementation of security policies and best practices
  • Prevent data loss and service interruptions by researching new technologies that will effectively protect the enterprise network.

Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Ensure conformance to Cybersecurity Blueprint / Roadmap
  • Provide inputs to company strategic plan on all initiatives to ensure that Security gaps / vulnerabilities are identified & closed
  • Establish and ensure credibility through strong relationships, value-add to operations and professionalism

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an area of Security specialisation; with experience working with others
  • Experience working in a Large organization and preferably in the Telecommunications industry
  • Strong background as an Engineer/Architect in application security infrastructure and various network technologies to include devices such as firewalls, VPN, intrusion / extrusion detection, vulnerability & risk assessment tools, encryption technologies, virus / worm / malware prevention, E-business and web application technologies, Data Loss Prevention, whole disk & device encryption solutions, two-factor authentication, common Windows (desktop & server) platforms,
  • Experience with Microsoft, Solaris, Unix, Oracle and MSSQL

Job Title: Senior Sales and Relationship Manager (Female)

Job Brief

  • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and deepening existing business relationships
  • As an everyday field-based employee, he/she is equally expected to perform a daily field function known and referred to as prospecting, whereby he/she speaks to a specified minimum number of people (in the course of the daily duty of visiting customers) and obtain the names and contact details of those interested in our products for a further follow up by the Marketing Group. Many times, the interest in our other products may come from existing customers under our management. It is equally possible that existing customers may want more volume of what they already have with us
  • The relationship manager shall engage in new business acquisition and closing sales
  • This individual is equally expected to manage all field related after-sales process life cycles through design, implementation, optimization, redesign and renewal to ensure high quality and accuracy of work and the promotion of a total stakeholder quality approach to work
  • Additionally, he/she will be responsible for the coordination, reports and organization of Marketing meetings including taking all minutes of discussion and ensuring implementation of all resolutions at the Marketing meetings
  • Lastly, the Relationship Manager shall be responsible for writing of all proposals and shall keep records and tracks of every proposal including regular contacts with the prospects until prospect becomes a client.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute detailed field program
  • Ensure every client is contacted at least once a month via phone, visit, email etc.
  • Ensure every client is visited and seen at least once every quarter
  • Ensure renewal notices are sent to clients in a timely manner
