Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Marketing and Promoting partner institutions to prospective students
• Develop and initiate student recruitment strategies that will have good return on investment.
• Identify opportunities, develop plans and initiate alliances that will strengthen the brand and ensure with relevant organizations
• Achieve agreed targets for each intake Conversion of all prospective clients ensuring clients register
• Provide overall excellent service to all clients
• Counsel and provide up-to-date information and choices available to prospective students
• Maintain full update on all partner institutions regarding courses, materials and procedures
• Ensure constant communication with enquirers.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to regarding student recruitment activities.Provide appropriate counseling to prospective applicants on suitable courses and study options at the University/College.
• Update and provide weekly reports on student status, application, enquirers and registrations.

Person Specification

• A graduate of Marketing or any similar program
• 4 years proven experience in a similar position in the international student recruitment industry
• Strong passion for sales
• Must be a self-starter
• Great negotiating skills

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Lead all digital campaigns to generate viable leads
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Person Specification

• B.Sc/ B.A degree in any field
• 2 years proven working experience in digital marketing preferrable within the international student recruitment or travels and tours industry
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Ability to multitask.

Job Title: Student Recruitment Officer

Location: Lagos
