Job Description
The sales / marketing executive will be saddled with the following responsibilities:

• Fixing and developing new market and improving sales
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Setting individual targets with the sales team
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Increasing value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Promoting the organization and her products.

Basic Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of cognate experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Team player, outgoing personality, appearance is important and must be a friendly person with smiles
• Good communicator with excellent organizational decision making and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Evidence of previous successful marketing campaigns and achieved financial targets
