Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

• Seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy program manager to design, coordinate, and implement programs empowering Black women and girls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program design, planning and execution
• Manage storytelling and digital engagement
• Develop and track impact reports, and milestones
• Manage key partnerships and relationships

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in program management or nonprofit operations
• Proficient with Google Workspace & digital tools
• Passion for women and girls’ empowerment.
• Strong organization and communication skills
