Young Prodigy Humanitarian Organization is an Indigenous NGO whose mission is to transform the lives of ordinary Kids on the streets by giving them a sense of belonging and a mindset of a future leader.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Borno

Position Summary

• The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of all project activities under YPHO’s humanitarian portfolio.
• The role includes supervision of field teams, budget management, donor reporting, and representation at coordination forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation and ensure alignment with donor requirements.
• Supervise program staff and provide technical guidance.
• Represent YPHO at cluster meetings and partner engagements.
• Oversee budget utilization and ensure accountability.
• Ensure quality reporting, documentation, and data management.
• Support resource mobilization and proposal development.

Qualifications and  Experience

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or related field.
• Excellent report writing and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management with NGOs.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and donor liaison skills.
