Job Title: Quality Control Online Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

About the Job

• The QC Online Officer shall define and implement controls and procedures to ensure quality and food safety requirements are integrated on the production floor, OPRPs and CCPs monitoring/verification are carried out, maintain consistency & quality compliance in every day mix and finished goods produced.
• He/She shall acts as Quality Leader in his or her shift to monitor online quality parameters and oversee real-time quality checks during production to prevent defects and contamination before products reach consumers.

About You

• HND / BSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food science and technology or any other related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing and quality laboratory operations preferable dairy operations
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance protocols and Sanitation procedure
• Analytical skills and attention to details for interpreting test result
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, and regulatory standards (HACCP, ISO).
• Promoting strong team spirit,leading with people to achieve set goals
• Good laboratory practices and management knowledge.
• Conversant with FMCG industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
• Knowledge of FSMS (FSSC 22000)
