A Business Development Officer will ensure the following:

• Proper introduction or selling of the company's products and packages
• Advertising, Communications and Promotions
• Public Relations and Customer Service
• Market Research, Product Development and Pricing
• Developing the marketing strategy and plan
• Managing budgets
• Making customer-focused decisions
• Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance.
• Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
• Ensuring timely delivery
• Develop plans for personal selling and sales management
• Sales Management and Distribution
• Understanding current and potential customers
• Researching and reporting on external opportunities
