Job Title: Recruitment Analyst / Business Development Officer

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Summary

  • This role is for an HR consulting firm. The person required must achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and selecting candidates that fit the client's profile, provide support to the CEO, set organizational structures, and manage operations of the human resources functions and business development.

Job Description

  • Develop and update job descriptions
  • Source candidates by using database and social media platforms
  • Screening candidate resume and job applications
  • Conduct interviews by assessing applicants relevant knowledge to the role
  • Provide analytical and well-documented interview reports
  • Generating leads for recruitment-related jobs
  • Assist with the Coordinating and supervising of the Human Resources Projects
  • Generate Revenue for the company
  • Supervise employee performance on projects for various clients
  • Work along with CEO to build company brand through marketing campaigns
  • Facilitating outsourced staff contracts and monitoring their payroll
  • Maintain discipline within the company in line with the company’s code of conduct.
  • Ensure maintenance of appropriate personnel records for outsourced staff
  • Assist in the Management of staff welfare issues.
  • Generate daily and weekly HR reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 3-5 years work experience as an In-House HR
  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment
  • HR certification will be an added advantage
  • Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures
  • Effective public relations and public speaking skills
  • Research and program development skills.

Job Title: Account / Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Overview

  • We are looking to hire an Account / Admin Officer who will provide day-to-day accounting operation, support, and ensure the smooth running of operations in the organization

Job Description

  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material check invoices for inaccuracies
  • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger Handle general account queries
  • Contact clients about invoices that are past due Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
  • Track and restore accounting or documentation problems
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the staff.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Run company’s errands when necessary for office supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies for departments

Requirements

  • B.SC / HND in any Accounting field or Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years work experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Great analytical skills Eye for detail
  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks data entry and word processing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
