About the Role
- KloudOpp Limited is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing, growing, and monetizing social media presence across multiple platforms.
- The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and strategic, with hands-on experience running sponsored campaigns, performing audience targeting, analyzing metrics, and reporting ROI.
- This role involves full ownership of social media channels, from content creation to advanced analytics, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Plan and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Execute sponsored and paid campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and branded content.
Advertising & Paid Media:
- Manage social media advertising budgets across all platforms.
- Optimize ad campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Track and report on paid campaign ROI.
Content & Brand Alignment:
- Collaborate on content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content meets brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Create multimedia content, including videos, graphics, infographics, and animations (basic editing skills required).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (impressions, CTR, engagement, conversions).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard reports for management.
- Provide actionable insights to improve content, targeting, and campaign ROI.
Community Management:
- Monitor social media platforms for audience interactions, comments, and messages.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Foster brand loyalty and community growth.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Recommend and implement tools, automation, and analytics platforms to improve workflow.
- Mentor junior social media staff or interns where applicable.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or social media advertising.
- Proven ability to manage sponsored campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience creating content calendars, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong analytics skills, including experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social media strategy for tech, EdTech, SaaS, or FinTech companies.
- Video editing, graphic design, or multimedia production experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media ad optimization.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis and market research for social channels.
