It is the only company that does Total Beverage Alcohol (TBA) in Nigeria. It’s an on trade dominated market but with a fast growing off trade channel.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shared PA / Team Assistant

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full -Time

Job Summary

• The Role will run administrative support to designated Directors - calendar/time management, flight and accommodation arrangement, security escorts etc.

Key Relationships:

• Designated Directors, Heads of departments, Line Managers and Designated Functions’ Teams.
• Work with Guinness Nigeria Leadership Team

Top Accountabilities:

• Plan and co-ordinate departmental meetings upon request as may be required.
• Manage basic secretarial duties for designated Directors and other office administration duties as required. 
• Managing vendor invoices and Purchase Orders for specific Team projects 
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Manage all official travels, security and accommodation arrangements. 
• Manage flow of visitors (internal/external) and collaborate with relevant regulatory authorities on behalf of Site Directors as may be required
