Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• As our Social Media Manager, you will take the lead in managing, growing, and engaging our online communities across multiple platforms.
• This role requires a blend of creative content development, strategic planning, and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute content calendars for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Grow and manage audience engagement, responding promptly to comments, messages, and interactions.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to align brand messaging.
• Track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance.
• Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content (posts, reels, carousels, stories) tailored to each platform.
• Use editing tools to enhance photos, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Monitor trends, insights, and best practices to optimize social performance.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 2 - 3 years of proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a pulse on digital trends.
• Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with paid social campaigns and social media analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
