  • As a Team Lead- HR Shared Services -, you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of professionals and providing HR Operations support to the Baker Hughes businesses while focusing on enterprise standards, compliance, and standardization.
  • This role will also develop solid relationships with key stakeholder to maintain operational performance through leveraging metrics and trends and identifying areas for improvement.

As a HR Shared Services - Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading HR Operations processes, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained based on compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements.
  • Ensuring teams are aligned and relevant skills are in place to deliver on organizational strategy.
  • Developing and managing the ongoing advancement of the team (local and offshore), including strong development plans
  • Driving strong performance management in the team through clear expectations, priority setting, frequent touchpoints and feedback.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within assigned processes; work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Developing strong working relationships within the HR community to ensure effective communication.
  • Driving BH high standards of ethics and compliance within the team Drive and enhance employee engagement.
  • Championing training and induction processes for new team members and role changes; coordinate and implement training to effectively meet team needs.
  • Driving a culture of service excellence within the team; promote “Best in Class” customer service.
  • Leveraging metrics to identify trends or problems to maintain and improve performance levels
  • Measuring end-customer satisfaction; develop action plan to mitigate operational risks or resolve escalated issues.

Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in related area 
  • Strong track record of building, leading & developing a high-performing team.
  • Significant people management experience in a matrixed, service-orientated environment
  • Strong track record of building, leading & developing a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in speaking French, Portuguese is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 years prior professional work experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Significant people management experience in a matrixed, service-orientated environment
