Real Estate & Property Conglomerate Vacancy for a Property Manager

We are a Real Estate and Property Conglomerate that requires the services of an experienced Property Managers with astute entrepreneurial skills. Under the direction of the Group Chief Executive Property
Manager will assist the Director at different levels of engagement.

Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering, Estate Management or other relevant field
  • Candidate preferred: between 30 - 39 years old
Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in estate management from a blue chip estate firm
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office software
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain property across the country
  • Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the facilities
  • Maintain utilities and communications infrastructure
  • Ensure rents are paid as and when due by tenants
  • Ensure utilities bill are paid off as soon as they arrive
  • Maintain a concise inventory of total assets in terms of property
  • Ensure Security of life and property
