We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all cleaning and maintenance activities within the facility.
• Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Implement and update preventative maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and incidents.
• Maintain records of equipment, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to address specific facility needs and improvements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans and strategies.
• Oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Manage facility budgets and expenditures effectively.

Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Architecture, Building, Quantity Survey, Fine Arts, or Interior/Exterior Design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• At least 10 year of hands-on experience in facility management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
