Facility Manager at Fort Knox Outsourcing

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos Island (with one site in Apapa) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Properties Under Management
The successful candidate will manage the following sites:

• A 5-story commercial building
• One corporate office
• One residential building
• Two residential apartments
• One storage facility (Apapa).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across all assigned sites
• Manage maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective repairs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Address tenant concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all facilities
• Ensure security, cleaning, and waste management services run efficiently
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance facility performance.
• Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor facility budgets, utility usage, and operational expenses
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and enforce standards

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field\
• Good understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations effectively.
• Proven experience managing multi-site commercial and residential properties (preferably in Lagos)
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and vendor management

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 monthly.
