We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Real Estate Project & Facilities Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Objectives

  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of real estate and special projects.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project activities.
  • Support contract administration and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain operational standards in facilities and project delivery.

Core Responsibilities
Project Monitoring & Support:

  • Track progress of real estate and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Special Projects Execution:

  • Assist in planning and implementing strategic initiatives (e.g., office upgrades, relocations, sustainability projects).
  • Track milestones and report progress to the Team Lead.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Contracting & Vendor Coordination:

  • Support contract administration and documentation.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure timely delivery of service

Facilities & Maintenance Oversight:

  • Support maintenance schedules and facility inspections.
  • Coordinate minor repairs and janitorial services under Team Lead supervision.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project and facilities activities.
  • Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews.
  • Support budgeting and cost tracking for assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in estate management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Project management training or certification is an advantage
  • Experience in cooperative societies or financial institutions preferred
  • Familiarity with real estate development and maintenance operations.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in real estate project support or facilities coordination

Required Skills:

  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
