We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health Records Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Responsibilities

Document and record patient appointments
Document new patients registration
Daily collation, sorting and filing of medical records and case notes
Daily filing of laboratory results, radio-logical reports and ECG tracing in to patients’ notes
Monitoring movement of patients case notes
Good communication skills
Good team player
Ability to use Microsoft applications
Must be organized
Good analysis skills
Document doctors’ consultation with patients
Make available patient’s records and details when required
Monitoring the movement of case notes and issuing tracer cards for case notes
Common Attributes:
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving skills

Educational Requirements:

HND in Health Information Management
Registered with Health Records Registration Board of Nigeria
1-3 years relevant experience
