Sales and Marketing Manager Job in a Medium-Sized Food Business in Lagos

IBFCAlliance Limited - Our client, a medium-sized food business located in Lagos State is seeking a competent individual to lead its Sales & Marketing effort to enable her unlock its latent potentials, to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Location: Lagos Job Descriptions

Coordinates the sales and marketing unit
Directs sales forecasting activities, sets performance goals accordingly, together with identifying and developing sales opportunities
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Any other related duties assigned.
Oversees initiatives to grow market share in the industry and able to report sales budget variance analysis with explanations to management
Develop an effective sales distribution and penetration strategies
Customer relationship and satisfaction management

Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales and marketing role in a FMCG environment.

Qualification:

B.Sc/HND qualifications.

Remuneration

The pay for the position will therefore have two components; fixed and variable which will be tied to performance.
