Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as an E-Banking Sales at Fidelity Bank PLC. The E-Banking Sales representative will be responsible for promoting and selling electronic banking products and services to individual and corporate customers.
• The role involves building relationships with customers, explaining the benefits of e-banking, assisting with account setup, and providing ongoing support and assistance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications in banking or sales (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, Sales Professional Certification)
• Understanding of credit and lending processes
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of finance and banking products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset and experience
