Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wealth Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-value client portfolios, acquiring new clients, offering financial advisory, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Provide tailored financial advisory and investment recommendations.
Analyze clients’ financial goals and develop personalized wealth plans.
Build long-term trusted relationships with clients through regular engagements.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly financial targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and company requirements.
Cross-sell financial products and services to drive portfolio growth.
Monitor market trends, investment risks, and portfolio performance.
Prepare and present financial reports and investment proposals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in wealth management, investment banking, or financial advisory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
Proven track record of achieving financial and portfolio targets.
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and risk management.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN, or related financial certifications (added advantage).
Experience working with high-value clients and corporate executives.
Strong networking ability and industry connections.

Salary
N500,000 - N650,000 / Month.
