We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the position below:
Job Title: Online Sales Agent Location: Lagos Responsibilities The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
  • Attend tphone and email inquiries
  • Compare price with other store online for competitiveness
  • Develop and maintain customer and suppliers database.
  • Generate leads, source and develop client referrals.
  • process online sales opportunities and inquiry
  • Telephony sales (Cold Calling)
  • Monitor and report sales activities and follow up with management and other duties as assigned
Competencies and Skills
  • Relationship management
  • Patient and polite
  • Negotiation skills, as well as ability tpersuade leads.
  • Report writing skills
  • IT skills (Microsoft package)
