Responsibilities

Troubleshooting system
Configuration of Laptops.
Quick resolution of Internet, 3CX issues
Develop payment processed- vendor payment, agency etc
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Maintaining and troubleshooting Local Area Network related issues for voice, data & Power
Maintaining and troubleshooting internet connectivity and Email challenges
Maintaining and troubleshooting all computer hardware and software related problems
Generating periodic reports of the status of all ICT related issues within the organization
Monitoring the Closed Circuit Television
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
