We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting on all company workstations, laptops, and servers.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, inventory, and support resolutions.
  • Track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies, including managing anti-virus and monitoring for threats.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems (e.g., Active Directory, cloud platforms).
  • Set up and configure new employee equipment and accounts, and securely decommission equipment for departing staff.

Requirements

  • Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role.
  • Technical Proficiency.
