Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage ORÍKÌ’s IT systems, provide technical support, ensure system security, and maintain seamless digital operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilitie

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software across HQ and spa locations
• Provide first- and second-level technical support to staff
• Liaise with IT vendors, manage assets, and oversee equipment maintenance
• Monitor system performance and prepare IT reports
• Support onboarding/offboarding and user account management
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
• Experience with POS, ERP/HR systems, and cloud-based tools is a plus

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
