A minimum of a Bachelor's degree/ HND in Quantity Surveying from any recognized institution of learning.
3-5 years Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Proven Track Record
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Project Management Skill.
Very Smart, Vibrant and Proactive.
Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer Location: Lagos Person Specification

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree/ HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any recognized institution of learning.
3-5 years Experience as an M&E Engineer with Proven Track Record
Proficiency in Computer Aided Designs Software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Project Management Skill.
Very Smart, Vibrant and Proactive.
Professional Certification is an added advantage.
