Workforce Group - Our client, a Real Estate company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Head, Sales & Marketing Location: Lagos Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales and marketing whose primary responsibility will be to drive sales and increase company revenue.
She/he will be responsible for leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior sales executives and monitoring performance as a whole.
The role is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales department performance.
Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share;
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs

Job Requirements

Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in which 4 years must have been in a managerial position in Sales & Marketing in the Real Estate industry
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or related field
Candidate must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lagos
Candidate must currently be working for a reputable Real Estate company.
