Royalsec Service Company Limited is one of the Pioneer indigenous Security Services Providers in Nigeria, and we are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Lagos (Mainland) Job Responsibilities

Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Providing management with feedback
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Increasing client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and clients needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting and reviewing contracts

Requirements/qualifications

B.SC/HND or equivalent
Minimum of 5years experience in similar position
