A first class Construction & Property Development company requires professionals to urgently fill the position below:     Job Title: Works Superintendent Location: Nigeria Requirements The successful candidates must possess the following qualities & attributes:

• A deep understanding of and experience in both formwork & concrete production and installation.
• A first class ability to interpret & implement drawings.
• The person must understand the relationships between the various trades and how they work together to successfully complete projects.
• The person must also demonstrate a strong ability to organise & plan project site works and implement same.
• The person must possess first class quality assurance & control skills. He/she will have deep experience in planning & implementing HSE activities & procedures. The possession of certifications in HSE is essential.
• A minimum of twenty years' experience as an on-site works supervisor on High rise/multistory construction projects.
• Computer literate and an ability to use MS Word and/or Excel knowledge of MS Project PowerPoint will be an added advantage
• Possession of the HND (or will be an added advantage).

• Possession of the OND (or its equivalent) will be an added advantage.

• Registered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
• Minimum of twenty years' construction industry post NYSC experience, 10 years of which should be in management positions in a busy construction company.
• Highly developed ability/skill in contract administration within the Nigerian construction industry.
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge of MS Project will be an added advantage.
