We are Transsnet Group - A joint venture between Transsion Group (The parent company of Africa's most popular smartphone brands: Tecno, Infinix and Itel), and NetEase, Inc. (a Chinese Internet technology company providing online services centered on content, community, communications and commerce). We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Trainer Location: Lagos Job Description We are looking to hire a Trainer who will be responsible for:

Create the environment of sharing experience within team. Encourage Outstanding staff to share the talk-script/method of collection to others.
Update the talk-script to improve the collection skills every 2 weeks.
Training the collection officer on the talk script/product update/business update regularly.
Training the new hire on the product knowledge/collection business and background/method of collection/collection system/reward and punishment/company regulation.
Build the training system, Conduct exams after the training. Exam record must be documented for new hire and regular training.

Requirements

At least 1 year training experience or related work experience.
Good communication and listening skills.
HND/Bachelor's Degree.
