• We are currently recruiting for the position of a Business Development Manager for our client in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of sales, with excellent track record of achievements.

• Formulates and implements marketing strategies.
• Identifies and generates prospects through marketing strategy.
• Builds, manage and generate leads and teams.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique value

• Must possess proven ability to close deals
• Must possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and goal oriented.
• Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills.
• Minimum experience of 3 years as a Business Development Manager in the Real Estate with track record of achievements.
• HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
