House of Ravissant (HOR), an indigenous company dealing in fashion, international and local logistics with head office in Ikota, VGC, Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO Location: Lagos Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Duties will include the following:

• Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls etc.
• Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments and control access to the CEO
• Set and ensure reminders to the CEO on important tasks, deadlines and appointments
• Collate, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
• Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems

• Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience as a Secretary, Administrative officer or Customer service officer.

• Scheduling meetings to prospect and engage different organisations and individuals on the company’s service offerings
• Source potential new customers for the business
• Prepare proposals, presentations and deliver same to prospective clients using creative ideas and strategies

• Candidate must have OND, HND or B.Sc with at least one (1) year experience in sales, prospecting and closing transactions, must have good communication skills (both oral and written) and live within Lagos state.

• Formulate PR plans and strategies
• Enhancing the company’s voice, image and presence through online and offline channels
• Support the implementation of promotional plans
• shape and protect our corporate image in ways that promote our business, values and mission

• Candidate must have experience working in marketing, advertising, public relations and/or branding .

• Schedule and dispatch items to appropriate locations according to customer requests
• Arrange for necessary repairs of motorcycle in order to restore service and schedules.

• Candidate must have experience working as a Dispatch Rider.
