Proten International - Our client, a leading Solar invention company is currently seeking application from suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:     Job Title: Solar Energy Promoter Locations: Lagos (Badagry, Ikorodu, Surulere, Alimosho, Ikeja, Ketu, Lagos Island), Ondo, Ekiti (Ikole, Ikere), Oyo, Ogun (Ijebu, Ifo, Ilaro, Sango, Odeda) and Kwara Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt installation of product after payment is done by customer.
• Focus on building relationship with customers by attending to all queries and enquires.
• Ensure constant relationship with customers.
• Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory and report immediately
• Serve as Key account manages to clients
• Ensure all customers remit monthly quota as at when due
• Create awareness in their designated territories and carry out direct sales to end-users.
• Find new customers and constantly expand the business
• Manage the assigned cluster and ensure sales targets are achieved through pushing stock out to end users.
• Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints

• A diploma in a business related field (OND/HND/B.Sc)
• Previous sales experience with demonstrable and successful sales track record
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Full understanding of retail fundamentals
• Relevant industry background in a related FMCG industry will be an added advantage
• Experience working in a rapid sales growth environment
• An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
• Strong will for pushing sales is highly required.

• Variable Pay on percentage of target sold monthly
• Daily commission
