Native Tray Restaurant is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position of : Job Title: Restaurant Manager (RM) Location: Rivers Responsibilities

Responsible for maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an remarkable guest experience.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Requirements

A BSc / HND.
Must have at least 2-5 years relevant experience in Restaurant management.
Must have excellent record of kitchen Management, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets and must be Guest Oriented and Service minded.
