Job Summary

• The Graduate Intern will work within the Organization to gain practical experience and contribute to various projects and initiatives.
• This internship is designed to provide recent graduates with exposure to the industry and the opportunity to develop skills in a real-world work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across different departments.
• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor information to support decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to projects.
• Learning and Development: Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete various tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2nd class Upper or Upper Credit in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related field .
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS office suite is a plus.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and a strong work ethic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
