Katsina State College of Health Sciences and Technology invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:   Job Title: College Librarian Location: Kastina Duties

• The College Librarian is the Chief Librarian of the College. He is responsible to the Provost for ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives of the Libraries and for maintaining and promoting efficiency and good discipline in the Libraries.

• Candidates must possess at least a B.Sc, BLS or B.A in Library Science from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Plus at least 10 years Teaching and Administration experience in College of Technology or similar candidates should have a very good overall performance with a record of Academic and Administrative competence as well as concrete evidence of contribution to the advancement of knowledge and service to the community.
• He must be a registered member of relevant professional body.

• Successful candidate shall be appointed for a term of Four (4) years in the first Instance and may be eligible for re-appointment for a second term of Four(4) years.

• Salary for the position is consolidated and the appointee shall be paid other benefits or as may be approved from time to time by Kastina state Government.

• The Bursar is the Chief Accountant Officer of the College and is responsible to the Provost.

• Candidates must possess at least a good honors degree in Accountancy from a recognized Tertiary Institution or equivalent professional accountancy qualification with at least 10 years post qualification cognate experience, plus registration with ANAN or ICAN.
• He must have working experience in a relevant Institution or any public office.

• Successful candidate shall be appointed for a term of Four (4) years (College Law) in the first Instance and may be eligible for re-appointment for a second term of Four(4) years.

• Salary for the position is consolidated and the appointee shall be paid other benefits or as may be approved from time to time by Kastina state Government.

• Is the Chief Administrative Officer of the College, and is responsible to the Provost.

• Candidate should have a First Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities with at least 10 years post qualification experiences in relevant Institutions.

• The term of office of the Registrar shall be Four (4) years and eligble for requirement for another term of Four (4) years.
