The Imo State Government of Nigeria through the Imo State Market Development Committee invites eligible consultants to express their interest in providing the service below: Job Title: Consultant - Building Design Project ID No. ISMDC 001 Location: Imo Detailed Description The lmo State government of Nigeria through the lmo State Market Development Committee intends to engage Building Design Consultants on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement to Design and Remodel Ekeukwu Market Owerri to an Ultra Modern Market with the following:

Lock up Shops
Open Stalls
Truck Park
Car Park
Clinic
Union Office/Meeting Hall
Banking Halls
Modern Toilet facility
Sanitation Equipment
Police Post

The Objective of the Project:

Design of Architectural Drawings, Engineering Drawings, Bill of Quantities and other bidding documents.

How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates/constants should submit detailed Expression of Interest indicating their qualifications, description of similar assignments, and experience in similar assignments. etc.).
