  • Our client is in need of Regional Sales Manager/Executive for their Blow Moulding Plastic Products like Jerry cans, drums and coolers, bottles etc.
Job Responsibility
  • Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets are set, mutually agreed and met.
  • Ensure that we develop and tap potential customers and develop a long-term business relationship.
  • Understand our product capability to pitch an application suitable to a potential customer
  • Co-ordinate with the Product development & production team to develop sample and quotations
  • Monitor and drive the sales in his region.
Requirement/Skills
  • B.Sc/HND in in any stream, preference will be given to personnel with Sales & marketing qualifications / MBAs
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in the related field.
  • Must have both B2B and B2C sales experience
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Communication & Organizational skills.
  • Presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Sales and relationship building skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
