A Telecommunications Servicing Company in Lekki, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist / Relationship Manager
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific office location.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries
- File and maintain records
- Transmit information or documents to customers, using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine
- Represent the company as agreed by the Business Development and Pre-Sales manager.
- Visit client’s office as the occasion demands.
- Compliance to procedures
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Distribute correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Any other task as assigned by your line manager.
