Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the performance of our voice-based products and solutions.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for product improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends in voice tech.
• Monitor customer interactions, feedback, and usage data to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with the team to improve voice UX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficient in tools like SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Experience with voice platforms (e.g., IVR systems, Google Assistant) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 3 years of experience in product analysis, preferably in voice or audio-based technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
