We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Short-Term Staff (STS) - Stocks Clerk

Key Functions
Under the supervision of the Special Representative for General Services, the Maintenance Technician will assume the following responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, procurement and stock management.
• Verify stocks received against supplier invoices.
• Process reservations for supply orders in SAP.
• Administrative assistance: filing documents, liaison with suppliers, prepare customs clearance documents, prepare duty exemption requests.
• Dispatch driver schedules, check logbooks for each vehicle, monitor fuel consumption.
•  Receive parcels.
• Handle and manage supplies stock in an organized manner.
• Prepare reports on stock utilization.
• Enter stock reports and statements into a database.

Competencies (skills, experience and knowledge)

• Hold a BTS/DTS/DUT;
• At least 3 years' relevant professional experience in stock management;
• Perfect knowledge of stock management methods;
• Rigour;
• Excellent communication skills in French and/or English, with a good knowledge of the other language;
• Proficiency in the software applications commonly used at the Bank (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Be client-focused and results-oriented.
• Attention to detail;
